Program description

Global Management, BGM

As business increasingly operates across borders and cultures, professionals who can navigate global markets, languages, and international policy are in high demand. Preparing students for this reality requires a program that blends business fundamentals with cross-cultural fluency and hands-on global experience. The Bachelor of Global Management offers two distinct tracks: one pairing international business with two years of language study and cultural immersion, and another focused more heavily on management coursework without a language requirement. Students complete a required international internship, either abroad or through a locally based experience with a global dimension, and can apply electives toward minors or certificates in fields such as cybersecurity, data analytics, political science, and sustainability. A senior capstone has students working in consulting teams to advise real global organizations, and the degree, available fully online, builds on Thunderbird School of Global Management's nearly 80-year legacy of producing international business leaders.
