Program description

Electrical Engineering, BSE

Electrical engineers design the systems and technologies that power communication, energy, computing, and countless other fields. A strong foundation in mathematics, science, and core engineering principles equips graduates to enter this wide-ranging profession. The Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Electrical Engineering prepares students for careers as electrical engineers through foundational coursework followed by upper-division classes in areas such as circuits, communications, signal processing, control systems, computer engineering, electromagnetics, power and energy systems, photonics, photovoltaics, and quantum engineering. Technical elective options let students either broaden their overall background or dive deeper into a specific area of interest, and the program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET under both its general and electrical and electronics engineering criteria.
Curriculum

Featured courses
